At Pelekuda, we want you to love your handmade ceramics. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return)

• You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days from the day you received it.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

2. Damaged Items (Breakage during Shipping)

• Ceramics are fragile! If your item arrives broken, please email us at pelekuda.studio@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

• You must include photos of the broken item and the external packaging.

• Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made or personalized orders cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged.

• Items on Sale are final and cannot be returned.

4. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment (via Stripe) within a few business days.
