Thank you for visiting and shopping at Pelekuda. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

Standard Orders: All orders are processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days.

Custom-made Orders: Since these pieces are created specifically for you, processing times may vary (typically 2 weeks). We will provide you with an estimated completion date via email once your order is placed.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic (Greece): Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days after dispatch.

International (EU & Worldwide): Estimated delivery within 5-15 business days depending on the destination.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier peak seasons or customs clearance.
3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Pelekuda is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). This mainly applies to orders outside the European Union.
5. PACKAGING & SUSTAINABILITY
We take great pride in our packaging to ensure your ceramics arrive in perfect condition.

We use materials like bubble wrap to protect your items.

We encourage our customers to reuse or recycle our packaging materials.
6. DAMAGES
If you received your order damaged, please contact us at pelekuda.studio@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim (see our Damaged Products Policy for details).
