2. PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS (HANDMADE CERAMICS)

All products listed are handmade. By purchasing, the customer acknowledges and accepts that:

  • Small variations in color, size, or shape may occur compared to the photographs shown, due to the nature of handmade production and monitor settings.

  • These variations are not considered defects but evidence of the product's unique, handcrafted nature.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

​

  • All prices displayed include VAT [e.g., 24%].

  • Payments are processed securely through the Stripe payment gateway (Credit/Debit cards).

  • The store does not store or have access to your credit card details.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

​

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 14 business days.

  • Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and are clearly displayed during the "Checkout" process.

  • The business is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier service or customs (for international orders).

5. DAMAGED PRODUCTS POLICY (BREAKAGE)

​

Due to the fragile nature of ceramics, we take extreme care in packaging. However:

  • Inspection: The customer is required to inspect the package immediately upon delivery.

  • Report: In case of breakage during transit, you must notify us at pelekuda.studio@gmail.com within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp.

  • Proof: You must provide clear photos of: The damaged item. The external shipping box (showing any dents or damage). The internal packaging materials.

  • Resolution: Once we verify the damage occurred during transit, we will offer a replacement (if available) or a full refund. Reports made after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS

​

  • You have the right to return a product within 14 calendar days of receipt, without providing a reason (Right of Withdrawal).

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and returned in secure packaging that ensures safe transit.

  • Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

  • Exception: Products made to order (Custom-made) are not eligible for return or refund.

7. DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)

​

The data you provide (name, address, email) is used exclusively for processing your order and issuing the legal invoice/receipt, in accordance with Greek Law and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

8. GOVERNING LAW

​

Any dispute arising from the use of this website shall be governed by the laws of Greece and the courts of Thessaloniki You may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform for out-of-court settlements.
